The following policy applies to our pet-friendly apartments:

  • We allow 2 indoor cats, 1 dog, or 1 dog and 1 indoor cat. Maximum of two pets per apartment home.
  • Dogs Allowed* up to 50 Pounds with an additional $500 Deposit and additional pet rent
  • Cats Allowed with an additional $400 Deposit and additional pet rent
